Covering Acne Scars: Product Review- Black Opal's Total Coverage Spot and Scar Eraser

Acne ....oh acne.......you try to ruin so many beautiful faces!!!! Smh.... Don't let my paints, pops of color & illusions fool you, acne got me too! Lol Now I've out growned the zits & blackheads for the most part, but I get a few here & there & I'm still left with the scarring. Although I've managed to find a few good products that lighten them up ( which I will review @ a later time) , some are still noticeable. I've become a pro @ covering & concealing with my numerous products, but I realize not everyone has. Also, not everybody loves/wants a completely BEAT look everyday Lol. Even I don't...
For women (or men ;)) of color with acne scarring, Black Opal's Total Coverage Spots & Scars Eraser might be a game changer. This lil tube goes a long way & is under $10 on their site & in most drugstores in Philly. It's like in between a liquid & a cream concealer- firmer than a liquid, softer than a cream, squeezes out the tube easily & has a sponge filter on the tip. However, I've worn it as a foundation. A pea size usually does the trick to cover my whole face, give or take a few dabs to conceal more problematic areas. Its so opaque, you would think it's cakey, but when you spread it, it sheers out & becomes buildable-allowing you to apply more if needed. However, be careful not to pack on too much on as it can potentially clog your pores. It does dry matte, (which is good for us with extremely oily skin) so a good moisturizer should be applied before hand.
What's great about this product is that it can be used by itself when matched well to your skintone. If you want to conceal & cover up dark marks, birth marks or other scars, but don't want that 'makeup' look this could possibly work well for that too. They also have a cream that I'm gonna give a shot...in the mean time, this works great for me.... try it & let me know what you think!
*A makeup artist on YouTube once said he doesn't cover his acne scarring...it gives him character lol...cute but I need a lil help with character -______- *
